The power of conferences: 7 tips for presenting HYPERVSN
Back in February, when traveling was still an option, HYPERVSN Co-founder Kiryl took part in the panel discussion uniting the Digital Signage Innovators & Disruptors at the Digital Signage Summit at ISE 2020.
Here are some of the takeaways for when you join an online or offline conference yourselves:
1. Communicate the company mission
Before going deep into the product features and competitive advantages, tell the audience the bigger idea we stand by at HYPERVSN: consumers were forced to experience content in 2D, while the world around us is in 3D – this is something HYPERVSN sets out to change. Our technology and visual communication media as such should be in 3D too.Stating the company mission makes the business appear more appealing, as if there is something more to it than just yet another product on the market.
2. Do some name-dropping
There are numerous milestones in the history of the company that HYPERVSN and its partners should be proud of and benefit from.Make sure to mention our investors Richard Branson and Mark Cuban, numerous industry awards and international brands we have worked with: Coca-Cola, Audi, Porsche, Louis Vuitton, Walmart, Vodafone, Dell, Nike, UNICEF, McDonald’s etc.Aim to mention the clients from various industries to appeal to as many people in the audience as possible.
3. Present HYPERVSN as a complete solution
Describe what there is to HYPERVSN besides the hardware:
- CMS and its functionality to schedule campaigns, manage the networks of units remotely;
- 3D Studio and how it facilitates content production: allows for speed, drastically cuts the content production costs.The primary message needs to be that HYPERVSN is not just another gimmick but rather a complete 3D holographic display system.
4. Highlight the competitive advantages
While previous holograms on the market were extremely expensive, involved time-consuming installations and required a dedicated space, HYPERVSN is the first cost-effective and scalable alternative.Also, no wearables are required and the whole audience can see a holographic image right there in front of them all at the same time.Get more ideas on how to pitch HYPERVSN in the article here.
5. Prove the impact
Take the time to share the increase in sales and dwell time stats with the audience from the case studies – impressive figures are what the bigger brands are looking for to further pitch new solutions internally.
6. Place a unit next to you
This will provide a clear reference for you when speaking, make you stand out among the other panelists and get people to fall in love with the device all the more.The absolute majority of your target audience are out there, beyond the event, therefore you should actively distribute the recording via the online communication channels afterwards. Ensure that the event camera people review the Filming & Photography Guidelines beforehand so that the footage you distribute is of high quality.
7. Share company / product plans
