Device assembly

Q: The device is not working. The LED-based rays do not light up (remain black) & have not started spinning.
Check if the red LED indicator on the stator is on.

If it is on – the device is expecting a command from the remote control before it can begin working. If the indicator is off – check the socket that the device is plugged into, as well as the integrity of the device's power cable.

Contact our Support Team at [email protected] for further instructions, noting the serial numbers located on the device’s rotor and stator.
Q: The device is not working. The rotor spins, but the LEDs on the rays do not light up (remain black).
For devices shipped with with rotor disassembled from the stator: try reassembling the device, following the instructions from the Operating Manual. If the device is assembled correctly, the gap between the rotor and stator should not exceed 0.4-0.7 mm.

If the issue persists, contact our Support Team at [email protected] for further instructions, noting the serial numbers located on the device’s rotor and stator.
Q: The device shuts down by itself after being in operation (use) for a while.
For devices shipped with with rotor disassembled from the stator: try reassembling the device following the instructions from the Operating Manual. If the device is assembled correctly, the gap between the rotor and stator should not exceed 0.4-0.7 mm. However, the rotor must spin freely on the stator shaft with no resistance/friction.

Check if there is sufficient airflow to both the rotor and the stator, as to prevent overheating. If the issue persists, contact our Support Team at [email protected] for further instructions, noting the serial numbers located on the device’s rotor and stator.
Q: Some of the LED’s on the rays are either constantly on or do not light up (remain black).
Follow the instructions from our LED diagnostic video to identify faulty LEDs.

Contact our Support Team at [email protected] for instructions on ray replacement, noting the serial numbers located on the device’s rotor and stator.
Q: The device does not react to the remote control's commands.
Try replacing the batteries in the remote (CR2016, 3V). Contact our Support Team for remote pairing instructions if replacing the batteries does not help.

Note that the range of HYPERVSN remote control is up to 3 meters.
Q: The device starts working immediately after being plugged into the electricity mains.
You can switch the operating mode to remote control operation by changing the position of the switch on the stator.

Please refer to page 19 of the Operating Manual for more information.
Q: The device does not pick up a Wi-Fi network / does not connect to the Wi-Fi network.
Check the operating mode of the device. It can be changed using the switch on the rotor

Please refer to page 17 of the Operating Manual for more information.
Q: Image on the device is skewed/upside down.
Change the mode to hotspot using the switch on the rotor:

and connect to the hypervsn-YYXXXXX network, following the steps from the Operating Manual (pp. 24-27).

Access the calibration page at 192.168.0.1 and adjust the calibration angle of the device so that the image is oriented correctly.
Q: The image on the device changes its orientation randomly.

If the issue persists, contact our Support Team for further instructions.
Q: How do I find the PIN code for my HYPERVSN device?
You can find the PIN code for your HYPERVSN device by accessing the My devices tab on Cloud Platform and clicking the i icon near the device's serial number:
