Interview Recording and Media Consent
I agree to participate in an interview conducted by Kino-mo Ltd. (“Company”).
By signing this consent, I acknowledge and agree that:
● The Company may record my interview, including my image, voice, name (if provided), and statements in video, audio, photographs, and written transcripts.
● I give the Company permission to use, reproduce, edit, publish, distribute, display, and otherwise use these recordings and related materials for the purpose of promoting the Company’s products, services, and business. This includes use on:
a) the Company’s websites;
b) social media channels;
c) online advertising;
d) marketing and promotional materials;
e) presentations, events, and trade shows;
f) and other print or digital media now known or developed in the future.
● I understand that the recordings may be edited for length, clarity, or promotional purposes, provided they are not used in a misleading or defamatory manner.
● I understand that I will not receive payment or royalties for these uses unless separately agreed in writing.
● I confirm that I have read or had the opportunity to read the Company’s Privacy Notice, which explains how my personal data will be collected, used, retained, and my applicable privacy rights.
● I understand that I may withdraw my consent to future processing where required by applicable law by contacting the Company as described in its Privacy Notice. I understand that withdrawal will not affect uses already made before my request, where permitted by law.
