    • How does the HoloBooth experience work for visitors?

      Visitors step into the booth, see their holographic twin appear and capture the moment in a video they can download and share.  

    • How do visitors receive and share their holographic video?

      A QR code appears on the touchscreen after recording. Visitors scan it, land on a branded page, and download their video – ready to share on TikTok, Instagram, LinkedIn, or any platform. 

    • Can HoloBooth be customised with our branding?

      The following elements can be customised with branding:

    • What does the physical setup look like?

      The setup includes a green-screen zone where guests stand, a professional camera positioned to capture full-body footage, a touchscreen for guest interaction, and the Wall displaying the live holographic image. The following Wall configurations are available: 

      ● 3 displays for individual experiences 

      ● 9 displays or 12 displays for both individual and shared experiences 

      The booth can be a standalone structure or integrated into an existing exhibition stand. 

    • How long does the recording last?

      The recording is 15 seconds by default, adjustable from 10 to 30 seconds. Other durations are available on request to match your campaign or event needs. 

    • Does the camera handle everything, or do guests need to adjust their phones?

      HoloBooth uses a professional camera with all settings pre-configured. Guests only use their phone at the end – to scan the QR code and download their ready-made video. 

    • What is the lead time to produce a HoloBooth activation?

      The recommended lead time is two months from confirmed booking to event date. If the project is urgent, contact the HYPERVSN team to check whether the deadline is achievable. 

    • Can HoloBooth capture groups, or only one person at a time?

      It depends on the configuration:  

      ● The 3-display Wall configuration is optimised for individual experiences.  

      ● The 9-display and 12-display Wall configurations support both individual and group experiences.  

    • What happens between guest sessions? 

      Between recordings, the Wall runs idle content designed to attract passing visitors. The idle content is fully customizable. It can feature branded animations, product visuals, event messaging, or a call-to-action inviting guests to step up and start their experience. This keeps the installation visually active and acting as a brand touchpoint even when nobody is recording. 

    • What is the difference between HoloBooth and a traditional photo booth?

      A traditional photo booth captures a photo. HoloBooth transforms visitors into a hologram in real time. Visitors see their holographic twin on the Wall, moving as they move, with branded visual effects applied live. It is an experience you cannot get anywhere else. The moment of seeing yourself as a hologram is what people remember and share. The output is a personalised holographic video, not a static photo.
